Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

At Go Fluent Academy we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what options you have about your information.

1. Data we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, company, learning goal and level when you fill in a form, book a class or message us on WhatsApp. For study-in-Malta enquiries we also keep your answers about country, dates, duration and budget. We also record the page and campaign you arrived from (for example, UTM parameters) to learn which content is useful.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to answer enquiries, arrange classes, send you the information or resource you asked for, follow up by email about your enquiry, send course proposals and improve the site.

3. Follow-up emails and unsubscribing

If you give us your email, we may send you a short series of emails related to your enquiry (for example, your trial class or your plan to study in Malta). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and the series stops on its own once it no longer applies, for example when you book your class or enrol.

4. Service providers that process your data

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf: HubSpot (contact management), Resend (email delivery), Netlify (site hosting and storage), Cal.com (class booking), and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Some of them store data outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention and security

We apply reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised access. We keep data only as long as necessary for legitimate business and administrative purposes.

6. Analytics tools

We use tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage in aggregate and to improve content and conversions.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or unsubscribe from our emails, by writing to info@gofluentacademy.com. Under Argentine Law No. 25,326 (article 14, section 3), you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.

8. Contact

If you have questions about this policy, contact us from our contact page.
