Can I switch between plans?▼
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment period?▼
Choose a monthly, quarterly or annual period. Quarterly and annual discounts apply to payment for the full period, not monthly billing at the reduced price. Request the cancellation and unused-balance refund terms before paying.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers for certain regions.
Can I change teachers?▼
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your teacher, you can request a change and continue your plan with another teacher.
How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?▼
Give at least 24 hours of notice. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours of notice count as delivered and are deducted from your plan.
Can I contact you outside service hours?▼
Yes, you can send a message at any time. We reply during service hours; we do not offer instant round-the-clock responses.
Are lessons private and online?▼
Yes, the standard format is live online 1:1. Student forums and group practice are not included. In-person requests may be considered individually, subject to availability.
