Is the trial class really free?
Yes. The 30-minute trial class costs nothing and we don't ask for payment details to book it.
Why do I need to confirm on WhatsApp?
Our teachers also teach regular classes, so a time on the calendar can get taken. Confirming on WhatsApp guarantees you a teacher who is free, and if that time doesn't work we suggest another straight away.
What do I need for the class?
An internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. We email you the video call link once we confirm the class.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel whenever you need to.
Which languages can I take the class in?
We teach English, and Spanish for foreigners. You tell us which language you want to learn when you book.
None of the times work for me. What now?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll look for a slot outside the published hours.
